Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached
  • Item must be in the original packaging
  • Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase or order number is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Hats (all styles)
  • Gloves (all types)
  • Belts (due to sizing adjustments)
  • Miscellaneous accessories
  • Any items marked as “Final Sale”

Note: MLB, NBA, NFL, and NHL team apparel can be returned unless they fall into the above categories (e.g., team hats would not be returnable).

Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

To begin your return or exchange:

  2. Include your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return or exchange
  3. Specify whether you want a refund or exchange (include size/color preferences if exchanging)

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, you’ll receive:

  • Return authorization and instructions
  • A prepaid return label (for US customers)
  • International customers will receive return instructions with applicable shipping methods

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Please ensure:

  • Items are in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging is used when possible
  • Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
  • For exchanges, clearly note your preferred replacement item

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once we receive your return:

  • Allow 3-5 business days for inspection and processing
  • You’ll receive email confirmation when your return is processed
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Exchanges will be shipped within 1-2 business days after processing

Refund Information

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and approve your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days (depending on your bank)
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping cost of the replacement item.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs vary based on your location and shipping method:

  • US Customers: Free returns with our prepaid label
  • International Customers: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your receipt until your refund is processed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  2. Include photos of the damage or defect
  3. We’ll arrange for a free return and replacement
