Returns & Exchanges Policy
We stand behind the quality of our premium menswear and team apparel. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Item must be in its original packaging
- Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, these items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Hats (all styles)
- Gloves (all types)
- Belts (due to sizing adjustments)
- Miscellaneous accessories
- Items marked “Final Sale”
MLB, NBA, NFL, and NHL team apparel can be returned unless they fall into the above categories (e.g., team hats would not be returnable).

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
